The Halls listed in this website are rented to individuals and organizations for parties and special events.  Our rental fee includes, spacious halls, free parking, the use of our tables and chairs, and our staff to assist you with setup and breakdown.

We have many suppliers such as caterers, linen services, florists and decorators that can help you create the atmosphere you desire, while minimizing your expenses.  Furthermore, you are welcome to serve your own food if you desire.

The Civic Conference & Event Center requires events with more the 50 people to hire an off duty police officer for security.  Our staff will make these arrangements for you.

In addition to the rental fee, you will be asked to pay a deposit, which will be returned to you provided there is no damage to our Hall.

Pricing of our halls are based on Saturday events.  We offer discounts to those prices for events held on other days of the week.  Ask our representative for more information about weekday and Sunday discounts.
